What We Offer

Practice Moving With Us.

We invite you to practice movement with us. Our offerings include Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates, Mobility Exercises, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing, and Dance Fitness. Packages of 2 or more classes weekly and our Unlimited On-Demand Package includes access to the RISE Private Facebook Group where members receive information, encouragement, accountability, and community support.

In-Person Practices

At RISE, we view all of our class offerings as practices. We believe that every class is an opportunity to practice movement, self-love, and mindfulness. Our practices include strength training, yoga, cardio training, and guided meditations. Small Group practices are limited to 10 people for an intimate and individualized experience. Join un LIVE in person at the studio or remotely.

Remote Practices

Join your favorite class LIVE from a distance, while at home, or traveling. Receive the unique and interactive RISE experience even If you aren’t in the area. Be part of our RISE community and practice movement, self-love, and mindfulness.

Mini-Retreats

Partake in a Mini-Retreat for spirit, mind, and body. Meet us at the RISE Farm and join a small group of people for time in nature and self-care practice. At RISE Mini-Retreats we spend an afternoon working out in nature, with time dedicated to solitude and reflection, as well as time in community connecting with each other. You will leave rejuventated and refreshed.

On-Demand Library

Join a RISE class and practice moving with us, anytime and anywhere. The On-Demand Video Library includes Strength Training, Mobility Exercises, Yoga, HIIT, Dance Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, and Beginner Workouts. RISE On-Demand Members also receive access to the RISE Private Facebook Group,
